The User agrees to hold harmless Detective Slots and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or other proceedings.

DISCLAIMERS

Detective Slots makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through its services. The User agrees to use the services at their own risk and assumes all responsibility for any damages arising out of such use.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Detective Slots is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

Detective Slots reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The User's continued use of the services after such modification shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Detective Slots is located.
